The GTech Networks Experience... continued Navy/Marine Corps NMCI...(Project 2) Multi-billion dollar contract awarded to EDS and Partners(Dell computer, Ratheon etc.) to provide world class IT services for the Navy Marine Corp Intranet Program (NMCI). The Mission GTech provided support for the technical hardware refresh of 1,350 classified and unclassified laptop and desktop computers for the Navy's CINCLANTFLT Headquarters in Norfolk, VA. Noteworthy Remarks Met or exceeded scheduled deployment requirements Was able to ramp up/down personnel resources thus meeting needs while avoiding excesses. Recruited, equipped and managed a team of skilled desktop deployment professions. Effectively ramped up/down resources to meet contract dynamic requirements.
